We ship anywhere in Canada. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.
It all depends on where you live: We are based in Montreal, Quebec. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Canada Post then picks up the package from our warehouse in Montreal. From that point, we cannot control transit times. Normally, it takes 3 to 6 business days . Your confirmation email will provide the delivery details.
If you select the pickup option, your package will be ready within 2 business days of placing your order. You can come and pick it up at our Montreal warehouse the following Tuesday or Thursday during opening hours.
If you ever need your package ASAP for some reason, email us and we’ll see what we can do :)

Absolutely! Our warehouse is located at 555 Chabanel West Street, Suite M14B, Montreal. During checkout, simply select the pickup option. Your order will be processed within 2 business days and you will receive a confirmation email once it’s ready. We are open for pickup on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Exchanges and Returns
We work very hard to make sure our customers love our products , but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We accept exchanges or store credit within 10 days of the package being received. You must cover the return postage. Obviously, the product must be in its original condition. Just email us directly and we’ll walk you through the process.
Yes, special standards have been put in place. All returned items are first quarantined and then steamed. Furthermore, the team makes sure that physical distancing and sanitary guidelines are followed at the warehouse.
Each and every sample is measured —yes, you read that correctly!— to give you as much detail as possible about the fit. Just look at the product description for the details and compare with your own measurements to see if the sample fits you. Since the brands and garments themselves are all different, it’s important to look at the measurement details. If the fit, the look, or anything else isn’t right for you once you tried it on at home, please do not hesitate to email us to get it exchanged or to get store credit.
Since we only have limited quantities, and most of the time a single item per product, sold-out products won’t come back in stock. If you see something you like, hurry before it’s too late!
Do I need to pay for returns?
Yes, you must cover the return postage. You can choose the carrier of your choice to return the package. However, you do need a return authorization (RA) number to put on the package. See our Return and exchange procedure.
