Orders are processed within 2 business days. Canada Post then picks up the package from our warehouse in Montreal. From that point, we cannot control transit times.  Normally, it takes 3 to 6 business days . Your confirmation email will provide the delivery details.


Our warehouse is located at 555 Chabanel West Street, Suite M14B, Montreal. During checkout, simply select the pickup option. Your order will be processed within 2 business days and you will receive a confirmation email once it’s ready.

We are open for pickup on :

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.


We work very hard to make sure our customers will love our products , but if you do need to return an item, we’re happy to help. We do not do refunds. However, we do accept exchanges or store credit within 10 days of you receiving the package. Obviously, the product must be in its original condition. You must cover the return postage. You can ship back the item with the carrier of your choice.

- Order number

- Items to return or exchange 

- Reason for the return

Once all the information is submitted and we have processed your return, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number to put on the package. We won’t accept any exchanges or returns for packages sent without an RA number.
